Signature Bank is a New York based full service commercial bank with 11 private client offices located in the New York Metropolitan area. Commercial operations began in May 2001. It was previously majority owned by Hapoalim Bank, an Israeli bank. Now for the good part. CORE deposits of 2 billion dollars represent 95% of total deposits. ROE is 29.83%, ROA is 3.14%...Book value is $9.85. Assets are $2.7 billion. This bank IPO'd approximately 6 months ago at around $15.50. A great long term buy! The financial numbers and branch locations speak volumes.
